When both parties agree that the synergy is right, the employer can take on the temporary staff member permanently at a reduced fee after they have completed 12 weeks or the pre-arranged time for the temp agreement.

The Temp to Perm option is a great way to spread recruitment cost over a longer period, it also limits the risk of employing the wrong person or starting the wrong job and is a good basis for a long-term and successful recruitment.
